About the Role
Edinburgh has a strong architecture construction and property development sector and at MAX Arquitectura Design and Construction we support projects that require careful planning clear communication and reliable coordination from early design stages through delivery.
We are looking for a Project Coordinator who can help organise project activity maintain documentation track schedules and support communication between design construction and client teams.
You will work closely with architects designers contractors consultants and internal project staff to help keep projects organised and progressing against agreed timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination: Support the planning and delivery of architectural and construction projects from initial design through completion.
Schedule Management: Maintain project programmes track milestones and follow up on outstanding actions to help keep work on schedule.
Documentation: Organise project records drawings specifications meeting notes approvals and other supporting information.
Team Coordination: Work with internal teams consultants contractors and suppliers to confirm responsibilities deadlines and project requirements.
Meeting Support: Prepare meeting agendas record actions and distribute clear follow up information to relevant stakeholders.
Progress Tracking: Monitor project activities identify potential delays and escalate issues that may affect agreed timelines.
Client Support: Assist with project updates information requests and communication throughout the delivery process.
Process Improvement: Identify practical opportunities to improve project administration coordination and document control.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in project coordination construction architecture engineering property or a closely related environment.
Project Skills: Good understanding of schedules project documentation action tracking and coordination processes.
Organisation: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks deadlines and project priorities at the same time.
Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills with confidence working with internal teams clients contractors and consultants.
Construction Awareness: Familiarity with architectural drawings construction terminology project stages or design coordination is preferred.
Problem Solving: Practical and dependable with the ability to identify issues early and help coordinate suitable solutions.
Tools: Experience with project management collaboration document control or construction planning systems is preferred.
Mindset: You are organised proactive and dependable. You take ownership of your responsibilities communicate clearly and stay focused on keeping projects moving smoothly from planning through delivery.
Pay: £2,700.00-£3,100.00 per month
