Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team. As a CNC Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process by operating computer numerical control machines to fabricate parts and components according to specifications. Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, milling, etc.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, and work orders to determine machine set-up and production methods.
- Write and modify as required "G" code based programs for Fanuc control systems
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and conformity of products.
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.
Skills:
- Proficiency in CNC machining processes including programming and operation.
- Mechanical knowledge to understand machine operations and make adjustments as needed.
- Ability to handle materials effectively.
- Familiarity with tooling and hand tools used in machining operations.
- Experience with Fusion and Inventor CAD software is a plus.
