Duties
- Engage with prospective customers both in person and via phone to understand their vehicle needs and preferences
- Present vehicle features, benefits, and financing options confidently, emphasizing value and upselling opportunities
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication, active listening, and personalized service
- Manage customer inquiries efficiently using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track interactions and follow-ups
- Conduct B2B (business-to-business) sales when applicable, establishing partnerships with corporate clients or fleet buyers
- Demonstrate professional phone etiquette to handle inquiries, schedule appointments, and follow up effectively
- Organize sales activities, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely completion of all documentation
Experience
- Proven experience in B2B sales or automotive sales is highly desirable
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a significant advantage for engaging diverse customer bases
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client interactions and follow-ups seamlessly
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate vehicle features clearly and persuasively
- Demonstrated upselling skills to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Knowledge of sales management principles and effective phone etiquette techniques
