JOB REF: VAF225: WORK EXPERIENCE PLACEMENT COORDINATOR / JOB COACH
Salary is £22,964 - £23,382 per annum, (pro rata to £26,832 - £27,321 per annum) dependent on qualifications & experience, based on working 37 hours per week, 38 weeks per year.
We are seeking a flexible and enthusiastic Work Experience Co-Ordinator/Job Coach to support learners in accessing and succeeding in work experience placements, supported internships, and paid or unpaid employment opportunities. Working as part of a team, you will help learners develop the skills, confidence, and independence needed to progress in a range of workplace settings.
Experience supporting learners with disabilities, learning difficulties, or complex needs is essential. TSI training is desirable and can be completed as part of the role.
