We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Senior Sous Chef, to join our busy family run restaurant in Rhos on Sea.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years kitchen experience and have a proven track record. A strong desire to work and run the kitchen in a fast paced environment is essential. You will be required to work on both the hot and cold side of the kitchen.
The ability to work well within a team and to take charge of a team, but just as importantly, be able to use your own initiative.
You will not be required to work split shifts and evenings.
Generous rate of pay dependant on experience.
