Supervisor / Duty Manager – The Chelsfield
We're looking for a motivated Supervisor / Duty Manager to join our team at The Chelsfield.
This is a hands-on role for someone who leads by example, takes pride in great customer service and can help run smooth, successful shifts in a busy village pub.
You'll be supporting the management team, leading shifts, developing staff and helping maintain high standards across the business.
Hospitality experience is preferred, but attitude, reliability and a willingness to learn are just as important.
