Summary
We are seeking a Grounds Maintenance Team Member to join our team at Inverbeg Holiday Park. This full-time role involves maintaining the beauty and safety of our outdoor spaces, contributing to an exceptional visitor experience. Join us in creating a welcoming environment that reflects our commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities
- Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, pruning, and planting to ensure the grounds are attractive and well-kept.
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks across the trading company, including plumbing, carpentry, and general DIY duties.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of all facilities.
- Assist with construction or renovation projects as needed.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to maintenance requests, resolving issues to maintain a high standard of service.
- Ensure health and safety standards are adhered to at all times.
- Mechanical knowledge related to outdoor equipment.
- Strong physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Relevant certifications or training in maintenance, horticulture or landscaping are a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise work effectively, and keep accurate records of maintenance work.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as required by the needs of the park.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, supporting colleagues across Luss Trading Company.
- Have experience working in a small team
- Have a full & clean driving licence
Pay: From £13.21 per hour
