Operational Working Structure
Due to the operational requirements of physical block inspections, key handling, emergency contractor management, and required attendance at evening leaseholder meetings, this position is strictly 100% on-site and field-based. Our team operates entirely in-person from our Southampton office, making this position ideal for a professional who genuinely thrives within a vibrant, collaborative office environment.

The Role
As a Property Manager, you will take day-to-day ownership of a localised block portfolio. Bring your positive energy to the office every day as you handle:
- Acting as the primary, trusted point of contact for our leaseholders and Directors.
- Overseeing reactive and planned maintenance, coordinating with trusted local contractors.
- Preparing, managing, and monitoring annual service charge budgets (with full support from our accounts team).
- Carrying out regular site inspections to ensure health, safety, going through Section 20 when required.
- Attending periodic evening leaseholder meetings (for which a flat-rate financial reimbursement applies).
What We Look For (Experience & Skills)
- A "Can-Do" Attitude: A positive, solution-focused mindset and an excellent phone manner.
- Experience: Ideally 1–2+ years of experience within residential block management or property management.
- Driving Licence: A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle are essential for local site visits and meetings.
- Commitment: Someone looking for longevity, stability, and future professional growth.
- Qualifications: RICS/TPI qualifications are advantageous, but we will fund these for the right person.
