Cafe Eighty2 is looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and passionate Experienced Café Chef to join our friendly team in the heart of Drumnadrochit.
We’re a busy, well-established café serving high-quality breakfasts, brunches, lunches and homemade specials to both locals and visitors. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in producing consistently great food while working well as part of a close-knit team.
The Role
- Preparing and cooking our breakfast, brunch and lunch menu to a high standard.
- Assisting with menu development and daily specials.
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
- Ensuring all food safety procedures are followed, including temperature records, labelling and allergen compliance.
- Supporting smooth kitchen service during busy periods.
- Working closely with the front-of-house team to provide an excellent customer experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience working in a professional kitchen.
- Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and strong team ethic.
- Reliability, punctuality and good communication skills.
- A genuine passion for producing quality food.
Essential
- Food hygiene knowledge.
- Ability to work weekdays and weekends on a rota basis.
- Right to work in the UK.
