About Monaco Solicitors & Grapple
Monaco Solicitors is an award-winning, tech-forward employment law firm dedicated exclusively to representing employees. With thousands of new enquiries each month, we are the UK’s largest claimant-only employment law firm. We’re known for our commitment to access to justice, our collaborative remote-first culture, and our early adoption of AI across the business. In September 2025, we launched Grapple Law - an AI-powered legal platform designed to make legal support more affordable and accessible. Think “legal ChatGPT”, but with the ability to send legal-headed correspondence and help users resolve workplace disputes.
Grapple’s growth so far
Since launch in September 2025, we have 6,000 monthly active users and we’ve secured around £1.5M in successful settlements negotiated for clients entirely by our AI, with no human lawyers. Our 700 Google & Trust Pilot reviews are nearly all 5 star.
The Role
We’re looking for a highly capable Talent Acquisition Manager to take ownership of recruitment across both Monaco Solicitors and Grapple. This role is heavily focused on recruitment, talent strategy, sourcing, and scaling teams across legal, operations, customer support, and technology functions. There is already HR support within the business, so this role is primarily focused on hiring and talent acquisition rather than traditional HR administration.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking a fully remote role. Flexibility and autonomy. Exposure to a fast-growing AI and legal tech business. The opportunity to shape hiring strategy in a scaling company
