HMR is a leading Contract Research Organisation specialising in early-phase clinical trials. As a Trainee Clinical Data Manager, you'll receive practical training and experience supporting the management of clinical trial data.
Responsibilities
- Designing and building clinical trial databases
- Developing and maintaining electronic Case Report Forms (eCRFs)
- Creating data validation rules and edit checks
- Reviewing and cleaning study data to ensure accuracy and quality
- Supporting database testing and quality control activities
- Preparing data management documentation
- Resolving data queries with study teams
- Supporting the successful delivery of Phase I and II clinical trials
Qualifications
- Degree in life sciences or bioinformatics
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Highly computer literate with strong Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn and develop new technical skills
Desirable
- Experience working with databases or data analysis tools
- Knowledge of clinical research or healthcare environments
- Basic programming or scripting skills
