The Role
As Partnerships & Community Manager, you'll drive strategic growth through bold external partnerships while shaping the future of our community-facing services. You'll cultivate high-value relationships with stakeholders, organisations and partners, while spearheading Chaotic's community vision, ensuring every initiative delivers tangible impact to the families we serve. You'll also line manage our Family Liaison Officer(s) and Partnerships and Community Coordinator, driving the team forward as we grow.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Overseeing the Family Liaison Team, ensuring consistent and compassionate support to families accessing the SEN Support Service
- Facilitating and monitoring ongoing feedback from families to inform continuous improvement
- Analysing and evaluating service delivery standards, planning and implementing improvements with the team
- Leading community driven initiatives, including community giveaways, SEND focused products and support campaigns
- Researching and identifying new partnership opportunities that align with the company's growth objectives
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with current and prospective partners
- Leading negotiations and overseeing renewal or renegotiation of partnership contracts
- Acting as the main point of contact for all partners, ensuring clear communication and issue resolution
- Developing and executing partnership strategies, goals and roadmaps that drive growth
- Collaborating with Marketing on co-marketing initiatives, campaigns and joint promotional activities
- Working cross functionally with Marketing, Customer Experience and Compliance to align partnership activities with service delivery and brand values
- Monitoring and reporting on KPIs related to partnerships and community initiatives
- Line managing the Family Liaison Officer(s) and Partnerships and Community Coordinator, providing support, guidance and professional development
What We're Looking For:
Essential:
- Proven experience building and managing partnerships
- Experience in service delivery or programme management
- Strong relationship management, negotiation and communication skills
- Experience line managing or supervising staff
- Ability to analyse data and report on KPIs and impact
- Knowledge of the SEND landscape, including challenges faced by families and young people
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to balance strategic and operational priorities
- Collaborative approach with the ability to work across departments
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
Desirable:
- Knowledge of safeguarding legislation and best practice
- Experience in community engagement and/or programme development
- Background in stakeholder engagement or fundraising partnerships
