For our Front of House team members, the customer is king!
Our team members are in charge of greeting and seating customers, taking orders, managing table allocations and serving excellent quality food and drinks.
They also deal with any queries our customers might have throughout the course of their visit and strive to create a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere for people to relax and enjoy!
Some key responsibilities of the role include:
- Ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, compliance with licensing law and cash handling procedures
- Processing payments from customers
- Ensuring the bar has sufficient stock
- Ensuring customers are satisfied with their meals and completing customer care checks
- Clearing and re-laying all tables
- Taking and serving food orders, maximising sales where possible
- Deal with customer queries in order to achieve a satisfactory outcome
A successful candidate for this role will be flexible, reliable and loyal. Whilst experience is preferred it is not essential as we can train within our front of house team. We have positions available with flexible hours but evenings and weekend availability is essential. We are looking for customer oriented, bubbly and outgoing personalities to complement our close knit team.
