About the Role
As a Sales & Customer Service Representative, you’ll represent a range of client campaigns by speaking directly with customers in residential neighbourhoods. This is a field-based, face-to-face position involving door-to-door customer interactions.
Your Responsibilities
* Meeting customers in residential areas to introduce and promote client campaigns.
* Building positive customer relationships through professional, friendly conversations.
* Providing excellent customer service while representing our clients.
* Working towards individual and team performance targets.
* Taking part in daily training sessions, coaching, and team meetings at our Cardiff office.
* Contributing to a supportive and energetic team environment.
What We’re Looking For
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A positive attitude with a willingness to develop new skills.
* Confidence working both independently and as part of a team.
* Previous experience in hospitality, retail, customer service, events, bar work, waiting staff, or other customer-facing roles is an advantage but not required.

Working Pattern & Earnings
* This is a self-employed opportunity with uncapped commission
* Performance-based earnings with weekly pay.
* Minimum commitment of four full working days each week.
* Availability between Monday and Saturday.
* Attendance at our Cardiff office is required each working day before heading out to your assigned residential area.
