What you'll do:
- Lead and oversee audit engagements from planning through completion.
- Review financial statements and audit documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Manage client relationships and act as a trusted point of contact.
- Supervise, mentor, and support the development of audit team members.
- Identify business risks and recommend practical solutions.
- Monitor audit timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting and auditing standards.
- Prepare reports and present findings to senior management and clients.
- Support business development initiatives and strengthen existing client relationships.
- Drive process improvements and contribute to the growth of the audit function.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of auditing, accounting principles, and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and audit or accounting software.
- A collaborative approach and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Previous audit, accounting, finance, or professional services experience is beneficial.
- A professional accounting qualification is advantageous but not essential for candidates with relevant experience.

Pay: £6,500.00-£8,500.00 per month
