The Role
We are looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join our Kings Cross office. You will manage the full lettings process end-to-end, from registering applicants and conducting viewings through to negotiating offers and overseeing move-in.
We work across traditional let-and-manage and rooms/HMO lettings, so experience in either or both is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties
- Conducting viewings and following up proactively
- Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants
- Managing the lettings process from offer agreed through to move-in
- Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and internal teams
- Generating new instructions and contributing to business growth
- Ensuring compliance with lettings legislation and company procedures
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and property portal listings
What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator in residential lettings
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident, well-presented, and customer-focused
- Target-driven with a genuine desire to earn
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Experience in rooms or HMO lettings is a strong advantage
