Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and responsible HGV Class 1 Night trunk driver to be based form our Maidstone depot to deliver our daily collected parcel freight to our main sortation hub, oversee it's safe unloading, collect our next days delivery parcels and return back to our depot as safely and efficiently as possible.
Key Objectives
- Complete daily vehicle checks via app (on scanner) on pre loaded vehicle promptly reporting any vehicle issues to depot management.
- Learn the intricacies of each hub destination to continually improve your efficiencies of the drop off and collection of goods.
- Follow all HGV driver rules on road, managing working hours and breaks to ensure no issues arise.
Key Job Role Information
- Monday Night - Friday night working hours - 19:00 - 07:00
- Rotating hub destination available if desired.
