Project Manager (Asset Management)
Salary: 45,000 - 50,000 (DOE)
Location: North West / Hybrid Working
About the Role
Construo Recruitment is working in partnership with a leading housing provider to recruit a Project Manager within their Asset Management team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded organisation delivering improvement works across a large residential portfolio. You will be responsible for managing programmes of works across a variety of property types, including high-rise apartments, traditional housing, and specialist accommodation.
The role offers a strong balance of technical delivery and stakeholder engagement, with a focus on quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage programmes of improvement works across residential properties
Produce tender documentation and support procurement of contractors and suppliers
Oversee delivery of works via in-house teams and external contractors
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
Provide clear communication and guidance to residents regarding planned works
Monitor compliance with relevant legislation and health & safety regulations
Work closely with internal stakeholders to support successful project delivery
Maintain high levels of customer service and satisfaction throughout project lifecycles
Requirements
Experience in a Project Manager role within construction, housing, or asset management
Strong technical understanding of building works and maintenance
Knowledge of relevant legislation, compliance, and health & safety standards
Experience managing contractors and procurement processes
Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
Strong organisational and programme management abilities
