Milton Keynes College is seeking a passionate Programme Manager to join the dedicated education team based at HMP Winchester
As the FS/ESOL Programme Manager, you will be dedicated to delivering learning success through effective leadership and collaboration. Your focus will be on the success of the learners and to support improvement within the department. You will lead on the delivery, design and development of programmes, maintaining an oversight of the learner journey to ensure they have an excellent learning experience.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and passionate individual who can provide high-quality programmes and support learners who may have little experience of education. This will be a challenging yet highly rewarding role!
