Sabatini is looking for a friendly, confident and enthusiastic Part-Time Front of House Team Member to join our team.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys hospitality, takes pride in delivering great service and is comfortable working as part of a busy restaurant team.
The Role
You’ll be involved in all aspects of our front of house operation, including:
- Welcoming and looking after guests
- Taking food and drink orders
- Serving food, wine and drinks
- Preparing and resetting tables
- Supporting the bar and restaurant team
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Helping create a relaxed, friendly and professional experience for every guest
Hours & Availability
This is a part-time position, with weekend evening availability essential, particularly Friday and Saturday evenings.
There will also be opportunities to increase your hours during busier periods and peak trading, including holidays, Christmas and special events.
We are particularly interested in applicants who can offer good year-round availability, rather than those looking for seasonal or short-term work.
Flexibility to cover additional shifts when required would be a big advantage.

Previous hospitality experience is beneficial, but just as important to us is the right attitude.

- Able to work Friday and Saturday evenings
Training will be provided, so we are happy to consider applicants with less experience who have a genuine interest in hospitality and a willingness to learn.

Sabatini is an Italian-inspired restaurant in Exeter city centre, serving lunch throughout the week alongside Friday and Saturday evening dining. We cater for everything from relaxed meals and drinks to larger parties, private events and special occasions.
We're looking for someone who can become a reliable part of our team and, for the right person, there will be the opportunity to take on additional hours and responsibility as the business requires.
