Job Title: Telecoms Construction Manager
Location: London Underground
Rate: £400-£450 per day (Inside IR35 / CIS) - Via Umbrella Provider
Contract: 3-Month Rolling Contract
Start Date: ASAP
This is an opportunity to join a major London Underground infrastructure programme, supporting the delivery of telecoms and electrical upgrade works across the London Underground network.
Where you will add value
- Managing day-to-day construction activities across Deep Tube work sites
- Coordinating telecoms, OPO, and electrical installation teams
- Ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to programme
- Managing subcontractors, supervisors, and operational interfaces
- Supporting possession planning, reporting, and stakeholder coordination
- Maintaining compliance with London Underground standards and procedures
To succeed in this role, you will need
- Previous experience as a Construction Manager within rail or telecoms infrastructure projects
- Strong background in telecoms, OPO, or electrical rail works
- Experience managing works within operational rail or London Underground environments
- Basic Track Awareness (BTA) or LU-ICI competency
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work flexibly across night and day shift operations
