We are seeking a reliable and professional C2 Delivery and Collection Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely transporting goods between various locations, ensuring timely deliveries and collections. Duties
- Safely operate C2 category vehicles to deliver goods to designated locations across the region.
- Collect items from clients or suppliers, ensuring accurate documentation of collections.
- Load and unload cargo,.
- Ensure all deliveries and collections are completed within scheduled timeframes.
- Conduct pre-journey vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, collections, and mileage in accordance with company policies.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, and team members regarding schedules or any issues encountered during routes.
- Adhere strictly to road safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Skills
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar commercial driving role.
- Valid driver’s licence with a C2 category qualification or equivalent (or higher).
