Barista Manager – New Café Opening, Gravesend (October 2026)
Job Overview
We're opening a brand new café in Gravesend this October and looking for an experienced Barista Manager to lead our team from day one.
Responsibilities
· Manage a team of 5-6 staff (baristas and front-of-house)
· Create staff schedules and oversee day-to-day operations
· Help shape the menu and product offer (coffee, ice cream, desserts)
· Maintain quality and service standards
· Support hiring and training of the wider team ahead of opening
Experience
· Previous experience in a café/hospitality management role
· Extensive barista experience with knowledge of coffee brewing techniques
· Strong people management skills
· Someone who wants to build something from the ground up, not just run an existing operation
