We're looking for a creative, commercially minded marketing and social media manager to join our team and help grow two exciting Yorkshire hospitality brands.

Yorkshire Wedding Barns is a five-star wedding venue and holiday cottage estate set in the stunning North Yorkshire countryside near Richmond. We're now launching Yorkshire Barn Stays — a premium holiday letting brand bringing our estate cottages to a wider audience of guests looking for a genuinely special Yorkshire escape.
This is a rare opportunity to join a growing, ambitious family-run business and play a central role in shaping how both brands show up online.
The role
You'll be responsible for driving enquiries and bookings for both brands through outstanding content, smart social media strategy, and well-targeted paid advertising. This isn't a box-ticking social media job — we want someone who genuinely cares about results and understands that great content should convert, not just look good.
You'll devote your time to being on site at the estate — because to create content that makes people fall in love with this place, you need to actually be here.
What you'll be doing
- Managing both Instagram accounts, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube across Yorkshire Wedding Barns and Yorkshire Barn Stays
- Planning and producing a content calendar that keeps both brands active, on brand and performing
- Creating and editing reels and short form video content that stops people scrolling
- Coordinating collabs with photographers, videographers, influencers and local suppliers
- Running paid Meta and Google ad campaigns to drive wedding enquiries and cottage bookings
- Managing and optimising our listings on holiday letting platforms including Airbnb and Cottages.com
- Building and growing the Yorkshire Barn Stays brand from the ground up on social media
- Planning seasonal campaigns around key booking windows — Christmas, Valentine's, school holidays
- Email marketing to past guests, wedding enquiries and new audiences
- Reviewing what's working, reporting back regularly and always looking to improve
What we're looking for
- A strong creative eye and genuine passion for content creation — you understand what makes people stop, engage and act
- Confident across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook — reels and short form video are your comfort zone
- Experience running paid Meta ads and ideally Google ads
- Commercially aware — you understand the difference between content that looks nice and content that brings in business
- Self-motivated and organised, able to manage your own time across two brands
- Some experience in hospitality, weddings, travel or lifestyle marketing is a bonus but not essential — what matters most is your work
