A meaningful role supporting someone to live life their way
We’re looking for caring, reliable and confident Support Workers to join a small, consistent team supporting a Gentalman who lives at home with his family in Alton. He has complex clinical needs, but what truly defines him is his personality—he’s fun, active, and thrives with a clear, structured routine.
He’s passionate about cars and motorcycles, and if you share that interest, you’ll have plenty to talk about. Because he enjoys getting out and about locally, we’re looking for people who know the Alton area well. You’ll also need a Full UK Driving Licence and the ability to drive a manual car.
What your role will look like
As a Support Worker, you’ll be helping him live in a way that feels safe, comfortable and true to who he is. Your support will be shaped around his preferences, routines and goals. A typical day may include:
- Offering consistent, high‑quality 1:1 support
- Creating opportunities for meaningful activities at home and in the community
- Encouraging social interaction and supporting his emotional wellbeing
- Communicating in the way that works best for him
- Helping with everyday household tasks to maintain a calm, organised environment
Your presence will have a real impact—every shift contributes to his independence, confidence and quality of life.
