What skills and experience we're looking for:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our friendly and supportive team here at Kirton Lane Primary School. We have opportunities to work across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, supporting pupils in their learning, development and wellbeing.

The candidates will be required to undergo a full enhanced DBS check and must be eligible to work in the UK.

Working closely with class teachers and wider staff
- Helping to create an inclusive, engaging classroom environment
- Promoting independence, confidence and emotional wellbeing
- Forge positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents. Have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to develop excellent professional relationships with children, staff and parents.
- Understand that, like adults, all children are different and therefore have individual needs and every child has the right to succeed to the best of their ability.
- Identify and enact ways to support all children, particularly children with social and emotional needs.
- Demonstrate a shared commitment to raising standards in all that we do.
