Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute age-appropriate activities that support children's learning and development.
- Cultivate a secure and inclusive space that encourages exploration and creativity among children.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Assess and monitor children's progress, offering feedback and assistance as necessary.
- Adhere to health and safety protocols, including food preparation and safety measures.
- Assist children in transitioning smoothly from nursery to primary school.
Experience:
- Preferred background in early years education or related field.
- Familiarity with the national curriculum.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, and team members.
- Ability to work harmoniously within a collaborative team environment.
- Relevant qualifications in early childhood education are advantageous.
