£125 per day | 5 days per week | Free CPD-accredited training provided | 3rd September 2026 start | Based in RG40
Aspira Education is recruiting two experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to join a brand-new SEN Hub from 3rd September 2026.
This exciting new provision has been created to support pupils aged 11–16 with SEMH, ADHD and highly dysregulated behaviours who require additional intervention before successfully transitioning back into mainstream education.
As one of the lead HLTAs within the hub, you will work alongside a Transition Worker to deliver structured support, lead small intervention groups and help create a safe, calm and nurturing learning environment where students can rebuild confidence and thrive.
The Role
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will take responsibility for supporting the day-to-day running of the SEN Hub.
During the first month, you will receive support from the wider leadership team while becoming familiar with the pupils, routines and intervention strategies. From October onwards, you will take a leading role within the hub, delivering interventions, supporting behaviour management and helping students prepare for a successful transition back into mainstream classrooms.
The groups within the hub will remain small, allowing you to build meaningful relationships with each pupil and provide the individual support they need to succeed.
