We are now looking for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join our growing team in the Flitwick branch.
This is an important role within Love Homes and would suit someone who already has a successful estate agency background and is ready to take the next step in their career. You'll be someone who enjoys negotiating, building relationships and winning instructions, while also understanding that excellent estate agency is about much more than simply agreeing a sale.
What you'll be doing
As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you'll play a key role in delivering the exceptional service our clients expect from Love Homes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and negotiating offers to achieve the best possible outcome for our vendors and buyers.
- Building strong, genuine relationships with clients and providing honest, knowledgeable advice throughout their move.
- Conducting professional and engaging property viewings, bringing properties to life and understanding what matters to each buyer.
- Following up enquiries, viewings and offers proactively to maximise opportunities and keep transactions moving.
- Developing relationships with buyers and identifying new opportunities for the business.
- Proactively working to increase valuations and instructions
- Working closely with our wider team to ensure excellent communication and a smooth customer journey from valuation through to completion.
- Preparing offers and other documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Keeping up to date with local property values, market conditions and relevant legislation.
- Supporting the marketing of our properties and helping ensure they receive maximum exposure.
- Contributing ideas, energy and enthusiasm to the continued growth of Love Homes.
Who we're looking for
Experience within estate agency is essential, and we're particularly interested in people who have a proven track record in residential sales and negotiation.
You'll ideally be:
- Confident, professional and naturally good with people.
- An excellent communicator who can build rapport quickly.
- A strong negotiator who enjoys achieving results.
- Organised and able to manage competing priorities without losing attention to detail.
- Commercially aware, with a good understanding of the local property market.
- Positive, ambitious and willing to go the extra mile for clients and colleagues.
- Comfortable working as part of a close-knit team while also taking responsibility for your own results.
- Passionate about delivering a level of service that makes people want to recommend us.
