We are currently recruiting Bar Staff to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be required to:
- Provide a warm welcome to guests, building rapport and generally taking care of their needs to create a memorable experience.
- Experience in Cocktails making is preferred but not essential as training will be provided.
- Lead by example to meet and exceed the already high standards of customer care when serving functions and events.
- Maintain an up to date knowledge of the menu and confidently converse with customers.
- Ability to deal with customer issues calmly and in a professional timely manner.
- When all guests are seated support the team with beverage preparation and waiting tables.
- Support with other duties such as cash handling when required.
- Provide excellent customer service skills whilst paying attention to detail.
- Punctuality is essential.
- Be flexible for day and night shifts working week days and also weekends.
- This role is based on a 30 hour contract per week.
