About Casa Bianca
Casa Bianca is an ambitious and growing restaurant group built on exceptional food, genuine hospitality, and operational excellence. As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our estate, ensuring every venue consistently delivers outstanding guest experiences while driving commercial performance.
This is a senior leadership position, working directly alongside the Chief Operating Officer to oversee the day-to-day operations across the entire restaurant group.
The Role
As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the operational performance of the business, leading venue management teams, maintaining high standards, and driving profitability across the estate.
You will act as the link between senior leadership and restaurant teams, ensuring our vision, culture, and standards are consistently delivered in every location.
This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in hospitality, enjoys developing people, and has a passion for delivering operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operations across all Casa Bianca venues.
- Support and develop General Managers to achieve operational and financial targets.
- Drive sales growth, profitability, and labour efficiency across the estate.
- Monitor and improve key performance indicators including sales, payroll, GP, guest satisfaction, and productivity.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently delivered.
- Maintain compliance with all food safety, licensing, health & safety, and employment legislation.
- Conduct regular operational audits and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop management teams.
- Work closely with the COO to execute strategic business objectives.
- Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and operational efficiency.
- Support new venue openings, refurbishments, and business development projects as required.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and high performance throughout the business.
About You
We're looking for someone who can combine commercial thinking with outstanding people leadership.
You'll ideally have:
- A proven track record in multi-site hospitality management.
- Experience overseeing several restaurants, pubs, or hospitality venues.
- Strong financial understanding including P&L management, labour control, and GP performance.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and people development skills.
- The ability to analyse performance data and make commercially sound decisions.
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with high attention to detail.
- Confidence working in a fast-paced, hands-on hospitality environment.
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel between sites.
