Are you a recent Science graduate looking to kick-start your career in Quality Assurance? Join the Tangerine Group Quality team and gain hands on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you'll make a real impact from day one.
Reporting to the QA Manager, this is an excellent opportunity to develop your career in quality, compliance, and continuous improvement within a growing business. You'll work closely with teams across Production, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Customer Services, and Quality Control, building valuable industry experience and developing a broad understanding of quality systems and manufacturing processes.
Whether you're a recent graduate or have some experience in a quality-focused role, we'll give you the opportunity to grow your knowledge, take ownership of key projects, and contribute to maintaining the highest quality standards across the Group.
As a QA Officer, you'll gain exposure to all aspects of Quality Assurance, including:
Quality Investigations
Investigating customer complaints and returned products
Identifying root causes of issues and supporting corrective actions
Assisting with product quality investigations and compliance activities
Quality Systems & Documentation
Managing and updating controlled documents and quality records
Supporting change control activities and quality system improvements
Helping ensure documentation meets regulatory and GMP requirements
Validation & Data Analysis
Supporting equipment, cleaning, and process validation activities
Assisting with stability studies, data analysis, and reporting
Monitoring quality trends and identifying improvement opportunities
Compliance & Continuous Improvement
Supporting deviation and out-of-specification investigations
Assisting with audits, product quality reviews, and supplier assessments
Contributing ideas to improve processes, systems, and ways of working
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Working closely with teams across Production, QC, Regulatory, and R&D
Building strong stakeholder relationships across the business
Gaining broad exposure to the full product lifecycle

You'll ideally have:
A degree in a Science-related subject (such as Biology, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Food Science, or a related discipline)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail
Good IT skills and confidence working with data and documentation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
You'll be someone who:
