Responsibilities
- Safely operate flatbed trucks and other commercial vehicles to deliver goods to designated locations.
- Plan efficient routes to maximize delivery speed and accuracy.
- Load, secure, and unload cargo with attention to safety protocols and proper handling techniques.
- Verify delivery details, obtain signatures, and complete necessary documentation accurately.
- Communicate proactively with dispatchers and customers to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve issues promptly.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after shifts to ensure safety standards are met.
- Maintain a clean, organized vehicle to uphold company standards and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a delivery driver, preferably with delivery driver experience involving flatbed or commercial driving.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; commercial driver’s license (CDL) is a plus.
- Knowledge of safe driving practices and traffic laws applicable to commercial vehicles.
- Ability to operate flatbed trucks confidently and handle cargo securely.
- Strong communication skills for interacting professionally with customers and team members.
- Ability to navigate using GPS or maps efficiently in various environments.
- Physical stamina for loading, unloading, and long hours on the road.

Pay: £120.00-£170.00 per day
