Administrator – Thurrock (Office-based)
£12.71/hour + | Mon–Fri 8am–6pm + 1 in 2 Saturdays (8am–12pm)

What you’ll be getting stuck into
- Handling a high volume of invoices on an industry bespoke system- spotting any anomalies and making sure everything lands where it should
- Raising claims with manufacturers
- Digging into any claim discrepancies and figuring out what’s gone wrong
- Chatting with customers over phone and email about job updates, charges, and anything else they need
Requirements
- Solid admin experience or a bright graduate/equivalent who’s hungry for their first proper opportunity
- Someone who picks up new systems quickly
- A positive, “yep, I can do that” attitude- we love people who want to learn and progress
