Head Chef – Rotherham Golf Club
Rotherham Golf Club, set in the beautiful grounds of Thrybergh Hall, is one of South Yorkshire’s most prestigious clubs. With a course renowned for producing champions like Danny Willett, we pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional experience both on and off the course.
We are seeking a talented Head Chef to lead our kitchen and elevate our food offering. Our clubhouse serves our Golfers Fayre daily, along with daily specials, and hosts a variety of social events, weddings, and private functions. This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your creativity and personality to a well-established venue.
Key Responsibilities
Source high-quality local ingredients and maintain exceptional standards.
Develop menus and manage all kitchen operations, including stock control, ordering, rotas, and profit margins.
Build and lead a strong kitchen team.
Ensure excellent organisation and communication across all functions.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Sous Chef or previous Head Chef role.
Experience in golf clubs or similar hospitality environments is desirable.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Strong organisational and leadership skills.
