Do you have experience in parts operations?
We are looking for a Parts Operations Specialist on a full time, permanent basis.
In this role:

Build strong working relationships with the dealer network. Act as the SME for all partsrelated matters, advising and training the network on operational best practice and stock management.

Serve as the national ambassadors for Plan@Parts. Support future rollouts and provide ongoing expertise to current users, liaising with and escalating to MTB SE where required.

In partnership with the National Parts Operations Manager, compile and manage dealer return batches for export back to MTB SE, ensuring credits and disputes are processed promptly and accurately.

Distribute monthly branch perpetual stock takes, recording and reporting results to regional stakeholders.

Providing fast response support to vehicle up time as well as supporting the dealer network develop and improve stock holding to meet their parts sales demand

Liaise with thirdparty warehouse and transport providers to ensure MAN’s expectations and operational goals are met.

Manage invoice and credit escalations from MAN SE.

Support the dealer network with availabilityrelated escalations, working closely with the Parts Commercial Team.

Together with the National Parts Operations Manager, compile and supply reporting on the company’s packaging usage to ensure compliance with UK Packaging Waste Regulations.
To be successful, you will:

Have a wide knowledge of the vehicle spare parts Industry.

Dealer Network Management. Experience in supporting and growing dealer performance.

Customer Service Enhancement. Ensuring dealers provide excellent customer service.

Collaboration & Strategy Development. Working with the National Parts Operations Manager to create and improve processes.

Excellent and proven analytical skills with high level of attention to detail

An innovative and creative thinker, able to work effectively across multiple workstreams and projects.

Excellent communication skills at all levels

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office. Advanced Excel is essential and prior experience with Power Queries is preferred but not required.

Experience with SAP.

Driver’s license is essential.
