About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and driven Warehouse Supervisor to support our Warehouse Shift Managers in delivering a safe, efficient, and high-performing operation.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll oversee daily warehouse activities, motivate your team, and play a key part in improving accuracy, productivity, and overall performance.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations including goods-in, goods-out, replenishment, and stock control
- Supporting Shift Managers to continuously improve operational performance
- Leading, coaching, and motivating Team Leaders and Warehouse Operatives
- Ensuring all tasks are completed accurately, safely, and on time
- Managing communication with internal teams, service providers, and stakeholders
- Monitoring and maintaining health & safety standards, including MHE checks
- Working closely with the QC team to maintain inventory accuracy
- Supporting planning meetings and contributing to operational improvements
- Managing non-inventory assets (e.g. pallets, stillages) to minimise disruption and cost
