Hours: 21 hours a week - actual pay £18,000 p/a (hours can be worked across 3,4 or 5 days)
BrandArt is looking for a part-time Compliance Administrator to support the Head of Compliance with the day-to-day administration of product compliance information.
This role would suit someone who is organised, accurate and confident working with documents, spreadsheets, records and follow-up tasks. You do not need to be a compliance expert, but you will need to be detail-focused, reliable and comfortable working with product information, supplier documents and internal teams.
The role
You will help keep our product compliance records, supplier information, testing documents, labelling information and compliance trackers accurate and up to date.
The role will involve supporting the Head of Compliance with general administration, document control, data entry, filing, chasing information, maintaining product technical files, and helping ensure compliance information is available when needed.
Key responsibilities
- Maintaining accurate product compliance records, including test reports, certificates, declarations, supplier information and technical documents.
- Keeping product technical files organised and up to date.
- Updating compliance trackers, spreadsheets and compliance-related platforms.
- Helping to gather product details, supplier information, artwork, specifications and supporting documents required for testing.
- Following up with suppliers and internal teams for missing, incomplete or unclear information.
- Supporting customer compliance requests by gathering relevant documentation.
- Assisting with product labelling administration.
- Supporting supplier due diligence records and audit preparation.
- Helping with environmental and regulatory reporting administration, including WEEE, packaging and other submissions where required.
- Providing general administrative support to the compliance function.
About you
You will be:
- Highly organised and accurate.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, documents and online systems.
- Good at following processes and keeping records tidy.
- Confident chasing information from internal teams and suppliers.
- Able to manage routine tasks without losing attention to detail.
- Willing to learn and ask questions when something is unclear.
- Professional, reliable and able to handle information carefully.
Previous experience in compliance, product safety, quality, regulatory administration or supplier administration would be useful, but is not essential. The most important thing is that you are organised, thorough and willing to learn.
