About Garstang Community Academy
Garstang Community Academy is a vibrant, inclusive school dedicated to fostering a supportive and stimulating learning environment for our students. Located in the picturesque town of Garstang, we are situated in beautiful surroundings midway between Preston and Lancaster at the gateway to the Forest of Bowland. We pride ourselves on our strong community ethos and commitment to academic excellence. We have over 800 students on roll and approximately 75 staff. Our students come from a diverse geographical area which includes the market town of Garstang and its surrounding villages and hamlets, Blackpool and the cities of Lancaster and Preston.
