Cornish Fresh is a friendly, family-run food market, deli and pizzeria right by the beach at Mawgan Porth, one of North Cornwall's best-loved beaches. We have been feeding locals and visitors since 2004, and our kitchen prepares fresh food every day through the busy summer season. We are looking for Seasonal Kitchen Assistants, part-time and full-time, to join our friendly team.
The Role - Hands-on food preparation for our shop and deli, as part of a calm, close-knit team.
- Making baguettes, sandwiches and salad pots
- Preparing takeaway meals and grab-and-go products
- Following food safety and hygiene procedures
- Keeping prep areas clean and organised, and helping with stock and deliveries
About You - You are reliable, organised and take pride in clean, consistent work. Food preparation experience helps, but it is not essential, as we will show you everything.
Hours - Seasonal, part-time or full-time. Shifts are shared fairly across the team and spread across the day, so you are not always on earlies or lates. Weekend availability needed. You will need your own transport, as local public transport is limited.
Pay - Good rates of pay, based on age and experience.
