A leading global organisation is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Recruitment Co-ordinator to join its growing team in Newcastle city centre. The Opportunity
This role sits within a dynamic and collaborative team responsible for attracting and hiring top-tier talent. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a seamless recruitment and onboarding experience across both experienced and graduate hiring.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple hiring streams
- Act as a key point of contact for candidates, agencies, and direct applicants
- Screen CVs against role requirements and ensure consistent assessment standards
- Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling logistics, including testing processes
- Support and invigilate candidate assessments where required
- Collate and track interview feedback and assessment outcomes
- Maintain accurate candidate data and hiring pipelines using an applicant tracking system
- Assist in delivering a smooth and professional onboarding experience for new hires
About You
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Naturally curious, with a mindset geared towards improving processes and efficiency
- A collaborative team player with the confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- 1–2 years’ experience in a recruitment or HR administration role within a corporate setting
This role is based on site 5 days a week in their head office in Newcastle – the hours are 9.00-18.00
Requirements - 2.1 Degree or above from a Russell Group University - AAB or above at Alevel
