In this role, you will be reporting directly to the Sales Manager and will be responsible for selling our IT products and services. Your duties will include cold calling to generate new business and handling customer service enquiries. You will be expected to consistently meet and exceed targets and seize opportunities to sell IT services as they arise.
You will need to be proactive in attracting new business to the company and establishing relationships with your customers and prospects. Collaboration will be a key part of your role, as you will be working with both the marketing department and the sales manager, as well as the technical department on projects and opportunities.
You will also be responsible for ensuring that any goods purchased are acquired at the best possible price or deal, and you will be in charge of your own purchasing with distributors and suppliers. This role requires a motivated and dedicated individual who is ready to drive growth and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
