Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals to increase visibility and engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content tailored for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin
- Analyze performance metrics using social media management tools to optimize content strategies and report on campaign success.
- Collaborate with marketing, PR, and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital channels.
- Stay current on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to keep our social presence innovative and competitive.
Experience
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles with a track record of growing online communities.
- Strong understanding of public relations principles to maintain a positive brand image online.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft engaging posts that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with social media management tools
- Ability to analyze data insights and adjust strategies accordingly for maximum impact.
- Experience managing paid advertising campaigns on major social platforms is preferred.
- Knowledge of current trends in social media technology and best practices for content creation.
- Own your own camera and equipment
This role will require occasionally attending match days and events. We are based at Horspath Sports Ground in Oxford
Pay: £14.00-£15.00 per hour
