The Role
We are now seeking an ambitious, motivated, and relationship-driven Franchise Services & Growth Manager to join our successful Franchise Services team. Ideal for someone who combines commercial acumen with a passion for education, this role offers the chance to influence business success across a growing network whilst driving sustainable growth and delivering measurable performance improvements.
As a key member of our Franchise Service team, you will work closely with franchisees across a region to provide service support, drive performance and growth, ensure compliance, and champion best practice. Acting as a trusted business partner, you will provide strategic guidance, operational support, and motivational leadership to help our centres optimise performance and deliver consistent operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with franchisees to monitor service delivery, ensuring compliance with brand standards and legislative requirements
- Provide first-line support across business operations, education delivery, marketing initiatives, and internal systems
- Coach and develop new and existing franchisees to promote continuous improvement and commercial success
- Drive centre performance through KPI management and structured business reviews
- Deliver engaging training sessions at annual conferences, regional meetings, centre visits, and development workshops
- Provide marketing and business growth support to maximise centre performance
- Facilitate centre resales within the franchise network
- Maintain strong cross-functional relationships and report insights and emerging trends to senior leadership
- Report directly to the Franchise Services & Growth Manager
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a proactive service provider, a confident communicator who is adaptable, organised, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. You will be professional, emotionally intelligent, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
Essential Requirements:
- Proven ability to build and sustain strong, commercially productive and supportive relationships
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with the ability to produce clear reports, analyse data, and deliver professional presentations.
- Bachelor’s degree in either a teaching or business background
- Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) clearance (working with children)
- Full UK driving licence – travel will be required
Desirable Experience:
- Business, corporate, marketing, or educational background
- Two years of tutoring or classroom teaching experience
- Marketing and social media experience
- Experience within a franchising environment (advantageous but not essential)

Pay: £32,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
