The Cliffden Hotel in Teignmouth is looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to help drive our restaurant, bar, and event operations. Set in seven acres of gardens overlooking the South Devon coastline, The Cliffden Hotel is a popular destination for leisure guests visiting Teignmouth and the surrounding area. This is a full-time role and comes with a salary of £28,100 p.a. plus benefits.
The Role
Officially known as a Guest Service Manager, you will be responsible for supervising daily operations, leading the team during service and ensuring guests receive exceptional hospitality at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising restaurant, bar and event service
- Leading and motivating the Food & Beverage team
- Maintaining high standards of guest service and presentation
- Assisting with staff training and development
- Handling guest enquiries and resolving issues professionally
- Helping drive F&B revenues
About You
- Minimum 2 years' Food & Beverage supervisory experience
- Strong food and beverage knowledge
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Positive, hands-on leadership style
- Flexible approach to working shifts, including weekends and evenings
