Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and personable Retail Sales Assistant to join our team. In this lively role, you will be the face of our stores, engaging with customers, assisting with sales, and ensuring our displays are inviting and well-organised. Your energy and communication skills will help create a memorable shopping experience for all visitors.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service to enhance their shopping experience
- Assist customers in selecting products, offering knowledgeable advice on products.
- Maintain attractive merchandise displays through effective merchandising techniques
- Keep the store tidy, organised, and well-stocked to ensure a welcoming environment
- Support inventory management by receiving deliveries
- Maintain and clean the toilets
Requirements
- Strong communication skills to connect with customers and team members confidently
- Excellent organisational skills to manage displays, stock levels, and store cleanliness
- Previous retail or customer service experience is required.
- Ability to work extra days if needed.
The working days are Saturday between 0945hrs and 1645hrs and Sunday between 0930 and 1630. Please do not therefore apply if you are not available on these days.
