Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a skilled Plasterer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in using hand tools and power tools, with expertise in plastering, rendering, boarding and other finish coat products.
Duties:
- Apply coats of plaster to interior walls, ceilings, and partitions of buildings
- Skim and smooth plaster to achieve desired texture and finish
- Mix plaster ingredients to the desired consistency
- Repair cracks and holes in walls and ceilings
- Install plasterboard or drywall and render systems
- Use hand tools such as trowels, floats, brushes, and spray guns
- Operate power tools for cutting, shaping, and smoothing
- Work on various surfaces including brickwork and concrete
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer or similar role
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Attention to detail and precision in workmanship
- Physical stamina to handle manual labour tasks efficiently
