We are seeking an experienced Sales Office Administrator to join our small sales office team.
The role will involve providing high quality administrative support to the Sales Office & Management functions of the business.
You will be expected to demonstrate excellent customer service & sales skills as well as perform your duties in a polite, friendly and professional manner at all times. You must be customer orientated and computer literate.
Key Responsibilities:
- To take inbound sales and technical enquiries
- To work with our Technical Sales Manager, and by utilising our in house CRM system, prepare quotations for submission to our clients.
- To assist with the daily Sales & Production office duties
- To undertake administrative tasks, such as processing sales orders and the creation of customer & supplier invoices.
- To manage and update the sales database, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
Additional Duties (for suitable candidates)
- Proactively aid in the generation of leads and engage with potential new and existing customers via phone, email, and social media to introduce our products and services.
- Advising customers of our products, services and promotions through targeted proactive campaigns
The ideal candidate will be able to:
· Apply a methodical and organised approach to work
· Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
· Solid communication and interpersonal skills

· Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
· Basic administration skills, with experience MS Office functionality & ideally Xero based accounting software.

· Ability to work as part of a team
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday (hours to be confirmed as suitable part time working hours will be considered for the right candidate)
Education:
- GCSE (Maths & English) A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Product Knowledge not essential as 'on the job' training will be provided
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
