Your duties will include:
- Conducting vehicle servicing, maintenance, and health checks
- Diagnosing faults with state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment
- Performing mechanical repairs across a range of makes and models
- Preparing used vehicles to an excellent retail standard
- Carrying out MOT testing, where qualified
- Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to high standards
- Accurately completing job cards and workshop documentation
- Collaborating closely with colleagues to maintain workshop productivity and quality
Our client expects the Vehicle Technician to meet the following requirements:
- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- MOT licence is advantageous but not essential
- Full UK Driving Licence
