- Manage multiple drink orders efficiently while ensuring accuracy through basic math skills
- Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety
- Restock bar supplies and ingredients proactively to keep service seamless
- Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of service and hospitality
Qualifications
- Previous experience in bartending, serving, or hospitality preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in beverage handling
- Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy service hours
- Basic math skills for handling payments, measuring ingredients, and giving correct change
- Restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates
